If a Red Panda was a giant boss in Guild Wars 2, he would have a skill like "fluffy bear hug". He would hug and cuddle his enemies to death. 
- stunned for 8 seconds
- 100 dmg each 2 seconds
The second ability would be "the sad look".
- confused for 5 seconds
- you attack your partymember instead of the panda
- stunned for 8 seconds

First it would probably gaze innocently stunning everyone with its pure cuteness.
Then it would pounce one of its opponents, immediately starting to snuggle it to death, somewhat like the rabbit from Monty Pythons Holy grail...
After that the panda would most likely run up a snow-covered hill, commencing to bombard everything bellow with a barrage of snowballs.
And ultimately, the panda would start rolling down the hill, creating an ever-growing snowball to send everybody flying.
And that my friend is how the red panda would kick your posterior.
Then it would pounce one of its opponents, immediately starting to snuggle it to death, somewhat like the rabbit from Monty Pythons Holy grail...
After that the panda would most likely run up a snow-covered hill, commencing to bombard everything bellow with a barrage of snowballs.
And ultimately, the panda would start rolling down the hill, creating an ever-growing snowball to send everybody flying.

Its attacks would be
FRONT FEET STOMP: knocks down players at close range.
FIREFUR: this makes the pandas fur turn into fire for a limited time and will cause extra damage to players.
SNACK TIME: the red panda eats bamboo and gains its hp back
TAIL WHIP: the red panda swings its tail causing cuteness and paralysing players that see it.
PANDA STARE: the red panda stares at the players in a adorable way making them unable to attack it
SQUEE: the red panda squees, causing all players spam the chat with ''aaaaaAAAW, how cute''
BARREL ROLL: the red panda does an barrel roll instantly killing everything that breathes on its way
FUR SHIELD: the red panda's fur expands creating a shield

1) Summon Fire Ferrets:
Summon a horde of fire ferrets, which cleave and massacre everyone with their cuteness.
2) Boop!
The vicious Red Panda boss raises its paw and gently touches random enemies. Due to the cuteness overload, their power is temporarily decreased and have a 10% chance to get an irresistible tendency to pet the boss, which results in their eventual hubris in the form of 10 stacks of confusion.
3) Bamboo of Doom
The mighty overlord boss strikes everyone around it with a staff made of bones of one of the first Bamboo-style Sylvaris, dealing damage and knocking them back
4) Show Teeth!/Punish!
Red Panda shows its teeth, while striking an aggressive pose. While everyone else is stunned from the sight of a cuddly panda trying to look dangerous, the boss strikes them with a biting attack so hard, Rytlock himself would cry.
5)Panda eyes
While reaching 20% of its health, the Red Panda boss lowers its guard and widely opens its eyes, staring at everyone. While this also adds stacks of confusion on everyone, their will to continue attacking the boss drastically decreases as well, thus resulting in its escape. If some douchebag(tm) still has the nerve to attack the boss, those who stopped attacking will see them as hostile and switch their objective to killing them, as it becomes the only path to ending the dynamic event. However, the douchebag(tm) can still finish the event. They only need to finish the Red Panda boss, along with the rest of the players.

Maybe he will summon a lot of little and extremelly cute elemental-like fire pandas to burn his enemys!!! xD ...uhh and maybe some scratches
