Skill 1: Play dead, don't be trick!
Skill 2: Hug attack, the panda hugs you as hard as it can.
Skill 3: palm attack, it slaps you on the face
skill 4: rolls in a massive ball when it's scared, Causes no damage because its soft.

If a Red Panda was a giant boss in Guild Wars 2 he would look like this 
and is attacks where:
Main attacks
After You it’s the red panda main attack he starts playing with the players but since he doesn’t know is own strength he deals some damage to the target. (It can be targeted at opponents or team-mates.)
Bite deals damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to bleed
Headbutt deals damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch
Special attacks
Aura Sphere the panda starts dancing and creates magical sphere around him that protects him from attacks and deals lots of damage to the attacking players
Giga Impact the red panda stands up in his two back legs and strikes the ground creating a shock wave that deals damage and stuns everyone in range for some time.
Mud Bomb the red panda starts running around collecting dirt and makes a huge ball that he uses against the players (deals a fair amount of damage)
and is attacks where:

Setting:First of all, the Boss Chamber/Dungeon is in a bamboo fortress. Inside really thick bamboos are growing so the Red Panda Boss can climb on them.
Skills:
Scratching - Normal attack, every fifth attack causes bleeding.
Climbing - Every now and again the panda climbs on a bamboo pole, so players can't even reach with any kind of weapon.
Bamboo Blowgun - While hanging from a bamboo pole, the boss shoots seeds from his bamboo blowgun onto an area causing massive damage.
Dust Whirl - The panda flails his tail, blowing dust and blinding people in a cone.
How To Counter Him: Players can only attack him while he's on the ground. When he's on a bamboo pole, you have to cut down the pole so the boss falls down. At the beginning of the fight players only have to cut down one pole, but as the fight goes on the boss learns to jump onto multiple poles.
From the shattered bamboo poles, the boss and the players can pick up and use bamboo spears to dish out more damage. If the players let the boss pick a bamboo spear, the boss will deal AoE damage in a cone.

Shreek -who ever is within ear shot of this skill is feared for 3.2 secs

Irrisitable cuteness-the gigant panda makes a cute face that attaracts anyone in front of it
Glomp-The gigant panda tackels you with a hug any one caught within hug range gets stuned for 3 secs then suffers from the cripple condition for 15secs.

Adorable Roll.
The Red Panda rolls onto his back causing everyone within 100 yards to be overwhelmed with the cuteness.
Just Hungry.
The Red Panda bounces off to eat some bamboo causing a shock wave at the point where the panda jumped. If a player is caught in the shock wave they will be knocked down for a duration depending on how close you are to the panda. Once the panda gets the bamboo he slowly heals.
Clean Fur.
The Red Panda starts to clean his fur causing all projectiles to reflect back and heals the Panda.
Chase Tail.
The Red Panda starts to chase it's tail causing damage to all nearby players.
Yarn Ball.
A Ball of Yarn falls from the sky and starts to roll around causing damage and knockback. In addition the Red Panda Follows the ball but not in a straight path also causing damage and knockback to players.
Climb.
The Red Panda climbs into a tree where no abilities can reach him. You need to kill the tree to get the panda back down. The panda can also eat bamboo while in the tree causing him to heal over time.
Sad Panda.
If the Red Panda's health goes under 8% the Panda starts to cry causing players to deal less damage.

Cute Overloadarea of affect. increases skill casting time for all nearby foes by 50% for 15 seconds
Scamper50% chance that the next 3 attacks will miss

Well, to start, his arena would be a bridge like area, so probably giant massive trees or just bridges.
His minor attacks would be bodyslam where he falls flat on the ground, tail sweep, clawing, and probably charging.
Some of his unique skills would be to spiral around the bridge, causing the fighters to regroup and reposition, a special eat ability that deals massive damage to a single player, and a cone AoE stun screech.
