GuildWars2Live wants to maintain an high level of quality content on our channel. At the same time we want to give everyone equal opportunity to join the team. Many people are interested and we're VERY grateful for your interest, but GuildWars2Live is not a new toy, it is a in-your-face community building tool. It is a gathering place for light hearted fun, sharing ideas and setting the right example to GW fans. Keep in mind that every time you go live, you will be setting a first impression to someone new to Guild Wars 1/2 or GuildWars2Live. Our channel is not about promoting your guild, bragging about how elite you are, or raging about a patch you didn't like. It's about showing to how awesome the Guild Wars universe is and exploring every aspect of it-TOGETHER with the community.

There are 3 levels of "membership" for streamers. Trial members, regular members and primetime members. Trial members must fulfil the minimum technical requirements to remain in good standing. Regular members (the bulk of members) are streamers graduated from trial status, who stream weekly and have shown a consistent level of high quality image and audio. Primetime members are those who do a regular show at a specific time and day every week. All levels of membership are volunteer. The only payout is satisfaction from seeing the viewer count, telling others to follow your personal (not another organization) Twitter account, and having fun.

Hold on! If you just want to add pre-recorded videos to our auto streams then do not apply to be a streamer. Instead please contact me on Twitter @peter_chan or peter@guildwars2live.com. We will not add videos that are primary focused on guild recruitment. If you want to advertise your website with a video, please provide an offer. Not really sure myself. I've always wanted to try commentating a game. I moderate MMOsite.com and I am use to reviewing and telling other people about games, so commentating can be something that should come natural for me. Figured I'd apply to give it a try and see what people think about me. Not only that, I've been a passionate guild wars player for 6 years now and continuing. I plan on Pre-Ordering the Collectors Edition of Guild Wars 2 when it comes to the market. I'm a Guild Wars Addict and my ArenaNet Store can prove that. I bought everything ArenaNet has to offer on Guild Wars Content, (even costumes. Such a waste lol).

I'm looking to sharing my love for GW, a game I've been on since the first betas in 2003, specially it's PvP aspect which is in my opinion the most refined PvP experience in any MMO. I can provide some insight on how to play most professions & some of the regular events that take place in my alliance: 1v1 tournaments, gvg, etc...
Also i'm euro so I'd be able to keep the stream alive while american streamers are in their dreams.

Why? Just to try out something new. Playing games all the time anyways so might as well share my experience.

What I'll bring to the table? Gourmet breakfast . . . Ha, no. Play/own a variety of games, GuildWars 1 being one that I 'used' to play the most(only occasionally now). I can see myself playing alot of GW2 when it comes out, but I have plenty of other games to showcase if that's what you need.

I want to stream because it seems like an excellent way to interact with the community. I tend to play with groups of people both that I know purely in-game and from other forums such as GW2G, GuildMag, and the rather extensive GW2 Twitter following. I play a wide range of characters in a wide range of roles, doing everything from speed clears to exhaustive VQs to gimmicky PvP. I can't promise that I'd always stay on-topic, but I do try to be relatively interesting. I'll also be playing GW2 like crazy when it comes out.
There are three videos up on my trial channel now, the two from the Maguuma Jungle are from when I was trying to work out a proper sound balance. I'll probably keep updating with smaller videos so that I get a feel for the broadcasting system and requirements to myself, but as I get more comfortable will stretch the videos longer until they feel less like segments or showcases.
(Also, I'm in the process of getting over a cold, so yeah. Not so much sniffing in the future.)

O hai dar my name is punchki. So I've been quite obsessed with Guild Wars 1/2 for a while, and wanted to go a little further. I am a gamer of all genres, weather it be FPS, MMO, etc. I really want to stream to get my view on the game(s) out there, and hopefully GW and GW2 in the future. Also, I think it would be much fun, and having seen other people stream, im pretty sure I'd enjoy it and other people would like to enjoy watching me play GW.

It's a stream of Mokuren and me playing some Diablo 2, but (afterwards) it turned out the volume settings were a bit off, so I'm pretty clear when there's no fighting, but when there is... Well, not so much
Still hope it's decent enough to show some capability. And I hope it's no problem that I can't stream GW since I've never played it Also, my Speedtest is missing, but that's because in one or two days I will get my upgraded connection (50 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up). If required, I can add it later along with any other additional stuff you want me to write.

Also sorry about the part around 40 minutes, someone came into my room asking me something important. And at last you can fast forward past the part where i choose the creature as it is rather boring.
