So red panda boss is a confused little red panda. He's supposed to be a big mean level 60 boss.. roaming the forests gobbling up any adventurer who happens to stumble into his lair. It will take players months to beat him.. that's how mean he is.
But he's also... super cute. I mean LOOK at him. He's just too cute! How could something that cuuuuuute actually kill a player? And that is his secret weapon. Because while the players are busy sitting thinking 'omg that boss is SOOOOO cute!!' he will unleash his secret attack.... 'Death by Cuteness' .. which will involve him rising up on his hind legs and performing this attack:
And that's just a one shot death right there for any player.
So if you see red panda boss lurking in the trees... shut your eyes as quickly as you can, otherwise, the cutey red panda will get you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

The giant red panda would initiate the figth by swallowing himself compleatly causing him to enter the nether. After a few instants he would pop back to reality in a cute red ball of fur causing heavy confusion to all foes. Thereafter he will mind control his enemys with his pure adorability. The giant red panda offers all opponents left standing to his dear friend, the all migthy protector of the holy grale, beeing a bloodlusty bunny...

He would have a charr pet,he eats sylvari to regain health,he throws asuras for long range and for melee he wields a norn like a battleaxe.

Big Panda Boss (Aka spotty)
Attack (1) - Fabled Yawn: All players within R100 become tired and feel in the mood for a snooze. Effect: Incapacitation for (X, depends when spotty feels like playing again)
Attack (2) - Call Allies: A swarm of zookeepers attacks players within range causing 20-200 damage (Shouldn’t have woken the panda!)
Attack (3) - Bamboo Bamboozle: A hail of bamboo flies towards the nearest player causing 40 damage and inciting Fear (Watch out for saplings too!)
Attack (Special) - Panda Powah: With an All-mighty clap, smack, wallop, the nearest player is squashed and removed as a casualty of war. Additionally, players with range suffer increasing feelings of dread and Terror!

The red panda curls up into a ball for 10 seconds building warmth, any fire abilities used on the panda while "building warmth" will increase the speed at which it warms.
Once this phase has ended the red panda's fur then becomes so warm it bursts into raging flames engulfing the panda and dealing damage to any nearby enemies of the panda, this flame phase lasts for 15 seconds, anyone that gets damaged by the flames recieves a damage over time effect called "Panda Pyrotechnics" this deals X amount of fire damage over 10 seconds.
After this the panda gets a debuff called "cooling off" which slows the panda by 30% reducing every second for 30 seconds until the panda reaches normal movement speed again, the panda cannot enter the flame phase again until the "cooling off" debuff has ended.
Those red panda's may be cute, but they're all crazy pyromaniacs on the inside! Enjoy!
Minutes after this picture was taken the forest had been decimated by a strange forest fire, the source of the fire was never discorvered, but I know exactly what happened...

Location: Somewhere in the snowy drifts of the Shiverpeaks
Pounce ... Cute panda rears up on hind legs, two steps forward and pounces causing AoE piercing damage.
Snowfall ... Panda climbs closest tree trunk, the shaking wide reaching branches drop snow in a large AoE area causing chill
Retreat ... Panda spins 180 degrees (tail swipe damage to radius), and retreats under the snow recovering health
Rawr of purity ... Panda transfers all conditions to an enemy target. All players within radius of target are confused 4 seconds
Panda hug ... causes weakness (in knees)

Swifty-swifty: While to boss has >=75% hp it will randomly run and roll arround leaving some of his soft fur behind causing PCs to fight eachother to get it.
Mean cuteness: Upon ~50% hp the panda stops and turns arround concentrates for 5seconds and makes an angry and cute face the same time, dazing PCs and making them run in joy.
Revenge: <50% hp the panda gets bored, it tries to play with some enviromental weapon but that's no Fun at all! It jumps to a PC and snuggles it to the downed state in an instant. If the PC is a Charr then the panda uses it as a fur ball and rolls it arround having fun and "curing" its boredom state.
Safe furr: When the panda has little hp left you see its giant tear droping on the ground, the sound is echoing through Tyria. Shortly you hear shouts from behind. Suddenly an unknown organization named GreenPeac..(something) appears to aid the panda. They are heavily armed and skilled and one shoting even lvl 80 PCs. When all players are wiped Crocodile Dundee appears explaining the HUGE dps this organization had.

Snow Avalanche
The red panda coveres herself in snow, causing a life regeneration of 500hp/second for the next 20 seconds. After the effect ran out it will blow away all that snow causing nearby enemies to be knocked down and dealing 10000hp of damage. There is a 25% chance the enemies will not be knocked down.

- Aura of Cuteness - for a short while, giant panda boss will be too cute to kill
- Accidental Smash - while playing around with a panda friend, red panda smashes you with a tail... by accident of course...
- Dive Bomb - panda falls down from a tree right on your head, panda of course stays unharmed

Ok here is what would happen. First the world settings would be in winter.
You would come up to him and he would start throwing snowballs at you then he would do an AOE attack. He would start running and playing in the snow causing a AOE Snow Storm that will take over 50 % of anyones health within 5 meters of him and 25% of anyone heath with 6 to 15 meters of him.
