The Red Panda has a deceptively cute and fuzzy appearance, but one must remember that those adorable features are enormous, and deadly!
1. Pounce - The Red Panda rears up on his hind legs and crashes to the ground, causing an aoe knockback. Anyone caught in the direct path of his paws takes damage and is stunned for 8 seconds. Those not damaged by the blast emote "Adorable!".
2. Tail Twirl - The Red Panda spins, sweeping his tail in a widening arc. Deals damage and causes weakness, because it feels so soft and fluffy.
3. Panda Eyes - The Red Panda picks a random player and stares at them with a focused beam of cuteness. If they do not avoid the beam before 5 seconds has passed, they are overwhelmed by the cute, causing them to stop attacking and turn on their nearest ally for 10 seconds.

If a red panda was a boss in GW2 it has to be big! Everybody knows that a boss is always huge. Which means that this guy has a BMI well over 100. This feature is obviously used by the red panda. Second, the panda isn't the brightest and usually mistake his tail for something foreign, which can also cause trouble to those around him. And last, with all that colored fur you can never, ever be sure of what hides inside it....
Boss name: Ailurus the Red Panda.
His three main skills:
"You see me rollin'!"
The obese and ball shaped creature launches himself towards you, dealing devastatiting damage upon impact! The earth behind him burns from friction, dealing damage over time!
"Don't think I don't see you hiding back there!"
The red panda tries, without success, to catch his own tail by spinning around! This creates a huge whirlwind, pushing all near creatures to the side and knocking them down for 10 seconds.
"Bamboo call"
By using a bamboo flute, the monster summons a horde of baby red pandas who have been hiding in his massive fur! The small pandas don't do any damage, but they sure distract the attackers by being too cute not to cuddle with. By cuddling with the baby pandas, you become dazed, vulnerable and immobilized.
As you can see, the mighty Ailurus has skills that make him a fearsome enemy! Beware!

Red Panda Boss
Some of the red panda's special attacks could be:
Deadly Kiss: The red panda licks a player, removes all his active boons and inflicts a random condition on him for 5 sec.
Hilbernation: The red panda lies down and takes a nap. This way it becomes invulnerable for 10 sec, regenerates health and summons bamboo wasps to fight the players.
Burning whirlwind: The panda uses its tail and rotates really fast causing to the surrounding enemies burn condition, while it knocks them back for some meters.
Leap of love: The red panda makes a giant leap towards an opponent, lands next to him and hugs him causing to him immobilize condition.
Bamboo mastery: The panda summons an enviromental weapon "Bamboo staff" and uses it for some time to fight its enemies.

The panda is sick cause it's cold outside and he uses his ability:
Sneeze: Knockbacks all players 200 range away and immobilzes and silences them for the duration that is needed to remove all the slime.

Red Panda goes into an overwhelming amount of deceptive cuteness, forcing you to talk with a stupidly high pitched voice and to cry over how cute he is. Following succession, Red Panda then bounces up and begins to eat the nearest and most low healthed player's face until near death.

It would have an AoE fire attack, a slash attack with its claws and a roar that terrifies enemies and prevents them from attacking.

The Red Panda boss would eat a random party member,than unleash 3 black and white as his pet and attack members with big ass bamboo stick.
